The Outdoor Adventure Trail

The Adventure Trail is a ground based, team initiative where each member of the team has a specific job in order to complete the trail. Working together to build a car, move through huge tires smoothly, and much more!

Each of the check points are clearly marked with giant earth mover tires that serve as chalk boards. Designed to include everyone's strengths and abilities.

We design all the maps, plan the event activities with your input while supplying trained facilitators to debrief and gain value from each of our activities.

Feel PROUD of yourself and your team for solving the Adventure Trial puzzles while working together!

Corporations have voted the lessons learned in the Adventure Trail as the most exciting components for developing a team. It works very well in conjunction with The Challenge Walk. The ability to think outside the box and actually customize the content to reflect your corporate goals and objectives makes this a great return on the investment.

I think the cost of taking a day out of training, as well as the hard dollar expense, was well worth the benefit the analysts and associates, as well as the Bank, gained from this experience.  You were able to accomplish in a day, what would have taken us all summer to accomplish, if we were able to accomplish this level of team building at all.

We have had similar events at different venues in years past and didn't achieve these results.  We will definitely be back next summer and much earlier in the program.  We can't wait.

Xtreeme Challenge is a rewarding and highly worthwhile experience that I would recommend to anyone.  I am a veteran of Outward Bound and other such teambuilding activities and I can attest that Xtreeme Challenge is just as worthwhile if not more so than those competing activities.  For the money, it is difficult to find a worthy match.

In addition to it being a great bang-for-your-buck, it is also very convenient.  Nestled amongst trees and a pond, this picturesque retreat is a short ride from Charlotte and the surrounding areas.  The setting is accentuated by a lovingly handcrafted log cabin.  You get a real sense of the love of nature, the sense of community and the belief in teamwork felt by Michael Valentine and his associates.  This is not a profit for profit sake endeavor but rather a labor of love.  Michael believes in what he is doing and it shows in his group’s level of personalization and commitment.

If you are looking for a way to connect, re-connect or further build on relationships, I strongly recommend you give Xtreeme Challenge a call and see how they can help you achieve your goals.
