The Great Raft Adventure
We birthed "The Great Raft Adventure" from The Navy Seals training program. We added a civilian twist to how we work with our teams to produce true team building results. Is your group up for a really fun challenge?
The Great Raft Adventure starts at our Fire Circle where teams are formed (team structure is variable).
These teams are debriefed on the objectives and challenges ahead of them.
Each team has the exact same set of materials that needs to be used completely in the design of the raft.
Assemble a raft, elect 4 captains to sail, capture a flag on the cargo net, launch objects with the catapult to team members to catch , sail back and celebrate.
Learn new ways to connect with your group and perhaps hidden skills that you never knew you had!
What if your group was given the exact same materials as two other groups.
From those resources could you draw, build and set sail in a raft on our lake?
