Diana Valentine has worked in the  health&  fitness industry and promoter of wellness business for over 30 years with current involvement with the YMCA. She is CPR and First Aid Certified and has Waterfront Lifeguard Training.

In her past work experiences Diana developed management training programs while providing motivational leadership skills.

 
Diana enjoys serving the client as our event coordinator at Xtreeme Challenge.
